It’s been said that when you are speaking to another person, only 13% of what you are saying is being heard through your words and a whopping 73% is communicated through your body language!
That means when you are speaking, those listening to you are “reading” you more than you might imagine.
The question then becomes, what do you want your audience to know about you?
Over the past 30 years, I have dedicated myself to developing a unique process to rapidly allow you to master your performance with any audience and in any circumstance.

California's #1 Optimal Performance Specialist

Many years ago I was asked the question, “How old were you when you started helping people?” I honestly don’t remember the age, but I do remember I was a very small child. It seemed to be the most natural thing to do: someone needed help and I could see a way to be of assistance. As I got older, I began to reconize that I had a gift for seeing solutions to problems that were not so obvious to my peers. And if I couldn’t see the path, I had an insatiable curiosity to find the answers.

Today I share this wealth of knowledge and experience to help people from all walks of life, assisting them in dealing with pressure and archieve the best performance in whatever situation.

Many people think that optimal performance is a "hit or miss" experience. I've heard people say, "I was in the zone", but when I ask them how they got there or how could they improve their chances to repeat it, they are at a loss.
